Today we will be talking to Oran Aviv who is a reflexologist for over 25 years and has worked with people living with dementia for over 15 years. Oran is also a Certified Validation Teacher.
 
Oran developed Hands-on Dementia to allow caregivers, staff and/or family members to connect deeper with people who have been diagnosed with dementia. We will be discussing the need for touch and it's importance as a need to comunicate, why reflexology as a tool is so important to teach staff in care and nursing homes and how touch helps us connect on a different level.
